Q: How do I pay?
A: You may pay online using a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card, or for in office orders you can pay by cash or check.

Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: All orders for a week (Monday - Friday) must be placed by 1:00 p.m. on a Friday the week prior you're ordering lunch(es) for. For example: any lunches ordered Monday through Friday (Sept. 8th to 12th) must be ordered by the previous Friday (Sept 5th) by 1:00 p.m.


Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Meals can be cancelled until 8:00 a.m. the day in which the meals were ordered for.  When you cancel a lunch your online account will receive credit. After 8:00 a.m. all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be cancelled same day by 8:00 a.m.)

 

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy" cancelled meals will result in credit to your online school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.


Q: What happens if my child is sick?
A: If your child is out sick, please cancel their lunch for that day by 8:00 a.m. and you will be issued a credit to your lunch account for the missed meal.


Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
